Server connection failure

Why I´m not connection to the Nod32 trial server update?

 

I'll need a few more details as my psychic abilities are a little off today

Have you installed the trial version?

When did you install the trial version?

When did the updates stop?

What error message are you seeing?

Have you left the server on “Choose Automatically?

Is it updates that are not coming down, or Program Component Updates not updating?

Personally, I like the power of suggestion. You don't even try to figure out what the other person is thinking. Instead, you make the other person think what you want him to believe. Kind of devious, but it works.

I have the trial version...

Sometimes i can´t connect to the trial server update, sometimes I can...It shows the mensage "server connection failure", but I know that the problem is not in my PC>.. Is the trial server with some kind of problem? a lot of people trying to update, maybe?

 

Can you post a copy of your logs:

Nod32 Control Centre> Logs> Event Logs

Do you mean the updates for the virus definitions? The trial version of the software and the "full" version of the software both use the same update servers, so the problem is probably something else.
