Serial number

I am attempting to install true image 8.0, but after I enter my serial number, the next button never highlights allowing me to proceed with the installation. Any help would be appreciated.

Speaking about the serial numbers, is there a hidden "Easter egg"
as to where it might be? I bought my product from NewEgg and
while they have the SR on their website, I can't find it on
my TI image anywhere?

Am I just clueless?

And what do you believe is legit form of purchase? I can forward
the email from NewEgg, etc.

Also, I have REGISTERED this product with a serial number I got
from them and the products work. I presume you believe that
I didn't get a copy from somewhere, otherwise you'd blocked
the registration.

Please advise on what you'd like to see.

Since you have already registered the product it will be a piece of cake to get your serial number. Please send us your e-mail address you indicated during the registration and indicate in the letter that you need to get your serial number. We will find and send it tothe e-mail address from your registration. Please do not post your e-mail address here, on open forum to prevent spamming.
