Serial Number

Ok - I bought TI in a store and when I tried to install it it asks for a serial number. However the only thing in the box was the CD - I can't find a serial number anywhere. Does anyone know where this is supposed to be?

Normally the serial is located on the CD sleeve ... I bought Acronis online so I can't answer for sure, as mine was emailed to me. If you can't find it ... I'd first attempt to correct the problem with the retailer, if you don't get results there, try here

Thanks for the reply. The only thing on the CD sleeve is the security sticker device thing which is plain white.
