Security needs

    could i use jammer with zonealarm pro, ewido, a squared antitrojan, microsoft antispyware, adaware se, spybot-search & destroy, spywareblaster, spywareguard, Kaspersky antivirus pro.


    Is Jammer from agnitum compatible with the security software u see aboveo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O?

    Jammer offers (basic) firewall functionality so would not be compatible with any other software firewall. Also see the Outpost forum thread Outpost Pro vs. Tauscan & Jammer for more details on Jammer's status.

    i know i have posted something similar but i just want to know this.

    the security need is :-

    Antivirus
    Firewall
    Antispyware
    Antitrojan
    Windows update
    Spyware preventer.

    these are wat i am using

    Antivirus- Kaspersky antivirus 2.0.20 pro
    Firewall- Zonealarm pro
    Antispyware- Adaware Se, Microsoft Antispyware, Spybot-search & destroy
    Antitrojan- Ewido & A-squared
    Windows update- Sp2 plus updates
    Spyware preventer- Spyware blaster and SpywareGuard


    Is that all i needo_O??

    Are there any trojan preventers like spywareblaster but for trojans and wormso_O??

    anything else i needo_O?

    processgaurd and something for the registry like regdefend. that is would make your system quite complete to be honest.

    you can find it here on the forum, just like there is a firewall area, there is one for processguard and regdefend :)

    Consider using a web filter - Proxomitron is the most powerful but check out the Dangers of HTTPS thread for one situation where it is especially important. ZoneAlarm offers very limited filtering via its "mobile code" options but these are no substitue for the control Proxomitron offers and do not cover HTTPS at all.
