    Well this should be interesting. If MS is going to accept calls on viruses, they may have to outsource to the entire population of China and India in order to field all of the calls. I could use a part-time job, but I think I will pass on this one. ;)

    It will be interesting. One thing is for sure .. the MS employees who are staffing the phones are going to feel plenty of pain. I wonder if they are going to allow technicians to escalate to Bill. :D
