My advice would be to uninstall all the security software you listed and go for a simple secure setup.

    1. Enable automatic updates (Windows + Adobe + Java, etc.).
    2. Enable windows firewall.
3 Install a AV program, that uses minimum system resourcess.
(ex. Microsoft Security Essentials - Avira AntiVir - avast)
    4. Implement system and online data backup.
(ex. Windows 7 image backup - Carbonite, Skydrive online backup)
    5. Think (Mail, Web, Software)

    No need for anything else.

    Advanced - Malware is history
    6. Use a limited user account (LUA).
    7.Setup SRP/Parental Controls.
