First off, all the thanks for this goes out to Phantom. He has a great website here. Check it out. He has a product called SecureDelete which is wonderful. Up until now it only worked on the recycle bin. But he has written a reg patch that enables it to be used on all files and folders. Files/Folders can now be securely erased. I have tweaked his patch to rename the context menu items to say "Shred File" and "Shred Folder." Also the DOD erasing method is used which will wipe files/folders seven times. I have attached both the tweaked install and uninstall patches as well as the original SecureDelete program found on Phantom's website. Just rename the file and give it a .zip extension.
