Secure Cell Phone [smart phone]

I am in need of a secure smart phone. Something that has AES256 bit encryption over the entire device similar to BlackBerries. I have read about WhisperCore for android and the Nexus S, is this a good solution? Has anyone used it? Right now I am use a HTC Desire Z with TextSecure and RedPhone. But as I am starting my own company here I am looking for something with FDE to store confidential data with.
