Searching SFX program [freeware]

Hi, I am looking for a program, which can create SFX and it is freeware.
I use 7-zip for archiving files, but it can not create SFX files, like I need to.
WinRAR is the best for creating SFX, but it is not free, so i am looking for another.

I will be glad, if the free will support at least 1. condition, although all would be great:

1. Create a default path for extraction (eg.: C:\Games).
2. Create an absolute path for extraction (eg.: %Temp%).
3. Run an .exe file after extraction.
4. Create a shortcut to the desktop.

The free / eval version of WinRAR does not do that?
