search hijack in firefox

Greetings
I installed firefox and was immediately greeted by GAIN asking to set my time
however the real problem is
dp.information.com
which hijacks google search whenever I misspell a url

I thought Spybot S@D removed it once but it came back
there is an with Imunize where one item is being disabled
i.e. I run Imunize and it says 1 item unprotected please immunize
I do and later the one item is removed

I've never seen it in IE possibly because i-e spyads blocks it in restricted zone

sB finds nothing as do ad-aware and spy-sweeper
running NAV and ran ANTIVIR on demand scan

any ideas
add to HOSTS?
