Screamer Radio is a freeware Internet Radio player and recorder for Microsoft Windows. As a basic player, Screamer Radio is a great choice for listening to Internet Radio streams from around the world. But, past the basics, Screamer Radio is delightfully surprising with the ability to record streams or playback those recordings back. Through the preferences panel you can also choose the bitrate of your mp3 recordings.
