    I don't get it. Is what he's saying there are advantages of being rich? There are free AVs that work as well as the paid ones.

    He's certainly none too clear about the "tax on the poor", is he? I might be reading it wrong, but I get the impression he means that security = increased administrative expenses which are then recouped through higher prices.
