Scheduled Snapshots not showing in ERAS

    Using Policy, I setup the ERAS to have clients do snapshots but when I try to view one from the ERAS it shows no snapshots ready; however, if i go to the client PC it has all the snapshots saved; why?

    Additionally, what is a good interval for snapshots? I am doing mine every 3 hours; would a greater delay time be better?
