Scan will not pass 54%

    I have a client that is using OS Vista with Nod32 Anti-Virus 4. Every time they use the scan it stops at 54%. Is there any known issues that would cause this?

    what version eset and does the scan stop on the same folder/file

    Enabling logging of all scanned files would help you narrow it down to the problematic folder. Does the scan stall even when you scan only this particular folder?
