Hi there, i found Pilli's answer (which worked for another user) in another place:
It may have been to do with Process Guard and it's learning mode, I have noticed that when installing PG and then switching off learning mode after the first reboot, that not all systems services are always in the checksum list, this is usually resolved after two or three more reboots.

There can also be a problems if you have TDS3 to run at start up in XP as it can upset some other autostart processes, this is probably due to the amount of delay caused by TDS3's initial scans.
I start TDS3 manually after boot up, TDS4 should not have any of the startup or Admin / user problems. <end Pilli quote>
    Does this help?

    Hi, Jooske

    Thank you for your reply.

It not learning mode, been installed since Nov 03. [Birthday present to myself:D]

I think that is the reason Jooske, as I do have TDS on auto startup.

Thanks very much for your help.

    Take Care,
