Sandboxie: Give KeePass Access to Netframework?

I use KeePass Portable to manage my passwords for financial matters. When I try to run the newest version I get an error because it requires Netframework 2.0.

I want my "Secure" Sandbox to be as secure as possible. What is the most secure way to give KeyPass access to Netframework?....if there is one.

Any help would be appreciated.

NFC. If something requires .NET, I won't install it. I don't think there's any sane way to restrict anything there unless you are .NET ubergeek.
