    I saw your note yesterday and clicked "check for updates" then and again this morning. It says I'm running the latest version. Are we a little ahead of the official release or something?

    It is my understanding that Sandboxie will never support 64 bit Windows. According to the Sandboxie website it now supports Windows 7 32 bit.

    That's too bad.. considering the fact that a slow transition to 64-bit systems is now occurring

    I've read that before during my first install of SBIE like 1-2 years ago

    Like I said, it's disappointing, since hardware performance IS better with 64-bit, like Hardware Virtualization, RAM usage, etc.

    Sandboxie gets better and better, it was still worth to purchase a license although I got hosed via Euro to USD as the dollar is toast. I ended up paying roughly 9 to 10 more dollars for the software. Btw how much testing has been done with Sandboxie? Any current holes we need to be aware of?

    Doodler - Thanks for the heads up. I went to the sbie web site yesterday and downloaded it. Next time I'll wait for Tzuk's update. :)

    OK here is a odd one I received a email from Tzuk no not Sandboxie's Tzuk but another one, SPAM. It reminded me I should check to see if a update was available, by coincidence it was so I downloaded it. Sandboxie 3.40 runs smooth as silk. :cool:

    I'm new with sandboxie, but already happy user.

    Just one question.Today when i was deleting the sandbox, sandboxie didn't deleted all content and sandboxie popup was: ''Some files or folders are in use, access is denied'' This is the first time I see that scene, there was a little more surfing, micro torrent downloading(Micro Torrent was empty and off when error occur),i was using power archiver...

    There was nothing to recover, but there was about 70 folders and 100 files, cookies, temp, and other stuff from browsing(all together only 2 MB).After I restarted my PC I was able to delete all that stuff inside sandbox, and sandbox is empty now.

    Idea?

    Hi;

    Will my license for version 3.38 be acceptable with version 3.40?

    Regards,

    Dunder,
    On a somewhat related note, it's recommended (and easier) to just install over the current version. So when you begin the install process for 3.40, SBIE will notice that you already have another version on your system and ask if you want to install over it. Say yes to that prompt.

    If you
    Sandbox } Default Sandbox (or whatever boxname) } Terminate Programs
    before attempting to delete the sandbox, you'll seldom have the 'locked, in use' problem.
