    This is one reason I don't use any of them, best malware "protector" is a CLEAN image, I don't care if it gets thru the sandbox or not if I get infected I just re-image, of course this won't help before you re-image that's why it's important to do regular scans and even this is not full proof, I guess there is just no "full proof" way of doing it, the short fall of using a computer

    Better image every hidden partition of HDD, plus watch out for BIOS and other firmware (router included). You also have to know when you're infected.

    That's why I disagree, imaging is restoration not protection. It's best not to get infected in the first place, and sandboxes (access restriction and virtualization) are best for that.
