I'd like to know whether or not SafeOnline provides protection against exploits?

One user said it does, and I can't find such information at the website or SafeOnline settings (All it says is that it protects against phishing and known malicious web sites).

I've found an old thread (https://www.wilderssecurity.com/archive/index.php/t-256881.html) and here it is mentioned that it doesn't, but that it would.

    What is the current situation?

Could anyone care to explain, please?

    Thank you

SafeOnline doesn't intend to protect the PC from the browser, rather, it protects the browser from the PC. We're adding additional exploit protection into v4 but Prevx 3.0's antimalware components still protect the PC from beneath the browser :)

Thanks for the answer. And, great to know you're increasing the protection scope with version 4. :)
