Is it safe to use the "remove" option in the quarantine section?

Does this "release" the file from quarantine or does it permanently delete the file so that it does not pose a threat?

    Thank you

    Generally YES.

The Remove options deletes the back-up copy permanently . Even when it quarantine , the malware has been eliminated completely . The quarantine is just a back-up of the deleted file which are in encrypted form so that you can't re-infect your computer by accident
