    Hi,

Is it normal that I only get the choice of starting the full version of Acronis TI from the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager and not the "Safe Mode" version?

I currently use Acronis TI 11.0.

"Safe mode" for Version 11 is a seperate download and install. It is one of the added features of TI 11 to keep users on their toes.
The next challange is to find the download. Hint, login to your account. It may by now be available there. If not email support and they will give you a download link.
    Neat and simple?

    Gregor,

Make sure to log into your account and submit a support request asking for the Safe Mode version. I don't think Acronis Support will accept email requests.

    Hello Gregor,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please notice that Acronis Startup Recovery Manager is only available as "Full" version. "Safe" version can only be included into Acronis Bootable Rescue Media. If you want to obtain the installation package for the "Safe" version (or BartPE plug-in of Acronis True Image 11.0 Home), please submit a request for technical support.

If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

    Thank you.
