safe connections using open port?

    what is dhcp-2-254-142-213.cust.vpntunnel.se, its using the port i have open for my torrent client. I have uPnP, Ping Replies disabled on my router and use windows 7 fw/advanced. I have nothing open and that address shows up. Caspa 7 also showing a Philippines drop down now with the ip 119.92.75.37 using my torrent port. everything is closed all thats running us mbam pro, sandboxie.
