    Yeh thanks culla it seems to be the right installer but is that site OK to download from?

    I do have the original installer and was wondering why the Cnet link was 404ing.

    thats where i got mine as i'd lost the original it works fine :D
    you've got the original i'd use that

    All versions of RVS, including 2010 and Labs include the MBR protection as an integral part of the virtualization engine with 2010 being more advanced than 2008. The Labs version is actually the most advanced (under the hood) as it is where we are testing the upgrades that will be added to future versions of 3x.

    Have you tried RVS Labs yet?
