RunAsSPC - notifcation to user

I'm reading this thread - https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=267045 - but unfortunately it is too old to allow a reply.

I would like to use the Runasspc tool to install a new AV client with admin permissions. It works well in testing, with the quiet switch. But it is almost too quiet - the user might not know it is has started running after they double click the exe and they would not know it is finished.

Does anyone know if the Runasspc tool can be configured so that the user knows it has started? And how about a notification that the installer is finished? I presume that would be harder since the installer is separate from the runasspc script.
