  1. Since I've set up SRP for admin (properly this time  ) I've noticed that the "RunAs" command has a rather interesting looking option... A checkbox, and next to it this text:

    Code:
Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity
    By default, it's checked.

Is this what I think it is, i.e. a way to run any program as limited via SRP? Or is it something else? if the former, very cool indeed.

  2. Well, to answer my own question... No.

What it does do is force a program to run with rather extreme restrictions. So extreme that some programs will not even start. Useful for running stuff of dubious vintage, I guess, but not on a day-to-day basis.
