Run Time Error

    Hi
    everytime i run spyguard i recieve this messege that says RUNTIME ERROR '_2147024770(8007007e)': Automation Error i tried a lot of things but still it doesn't work at all. i have win2000 professional installed and AVG Anti-Virus system installed is it because of this, i disabled the antivirus even shut it down but its of no use
    PLease Help!!!!
