Rumours are currently flooding the internet claiming that paris hilton's phone numbers have been hacked from her T-Mobile online phonebook. Appears to be real aswell Jimbob
So what's wrong? I wonder why Paris Hilton's so famous, I have no idea whatsoever! And I don't see why you should be err...interested, ARE YOU? Got any links to prove your fact Jim? Have a great day
I have seen and have a copy of the address book. Don't think it would be acceptable to post a links though. Might cause trouble for Wilders and don't want to do that. Jimbob
Well a certain tape helped it get rolling ... being the heiress to the Hilton Fortune pushes it along ... and being a public spectacle keeps it going.
......Aren't you going to send Firecat 'THE' URL....so he can see her enjoying her Holidays Jim?.....A REAL friend would......... Cochise,
I'm not sure if the forum staff would approve as theoretically its actually stolen property... I think. Jimbob
Many celebrities were getting annoyed with Paris Hilton as if she could have stopped her phone book being hacked. And there are currently more jokes on the internet questioning her intelligence than ever. Its a bit sad really as its not here fault. Jimbob
WHO'D want their phone hacked? I'm not supposed to have one at my age but I do and its invalueable to me...
I don't know if it was the actuall phone. May be a backup utilitty where the numbers are stored on the internet. Jimbob
Maybe. But if she's a celeb she probably would be rich enough to own a PDA phone, and PDA phones could have been equipped with PDA AVs and Firewalls...It could have protected here, but maybe she didn't do it?
from people mag Paris's Friends React to Cell Phone Hack Tuesday Feb 22, 2005 5:00pm EST Paris Hilton CREDIT: VALLENILLA HECTOR/GAMMA Just days after Paris Hilton's cell phone data was allegedly hacked and leaked onto the Internet, the hotel heiress's celebrity friends are being bombarded with phone calls from strangers around the world – and stars such as Ashlee Simpson are scurrying to change their phone numbers. Meanwhile, phone company T-Mobile is looking into the Great Paris Phone Leak of 2005 after someone accessed the heiress's account and posted more than 500 phone numbers and notes from the Simple Life star's Sidekick II personal device on the Internet. "T-Mobile is investigating the reported disclosure of Paris Hilton's information," reads a statement from the company, which has aired ads featuring Hilton as a pitchwoman for their Sidekick II. "T-Mobile's computer forensics and security team is actively investigating to determine how Ms. Hilton's information was obtained. This includes the possibility that someone had access to one of Ms. Hilton's devices and/or knew her account password." It's not known whether all the names and numbers are authentic. But celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Ashlee Simpson, Entourage star Kevin Connolly and Victoria Gotti have been deluged with calls from people around the world, the New York Post reports. Some have already changed their numbers since the address book was leaked, while others (including Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit) reportedly had full voicemail inboxes. Rapper Lil' Jon, who also appeared in Paris's digital black book, made a personal plea to fans during Monday's MTV TRL Awards, when he picked up the "Roc the Mic" Award. "Stop calling on my cell phone! I know y'all got the number off the Internet through Paris (Hilton). Stop calling me," he said.
