Rule to Block Incomings to PORT 1025 ?

    hi there, i am seeking a looknstop rule to block incoming connection requests to port 1025. i have tried various rules of my own making but shields up still shows my port 1025 as open. any help much appreciated

    Hey Hendrik

    You using EnhancedRulesSet.rls? If not load it up.... :)

    If the tests still shows that port open for the unaltered EnhancedRulesSet.rls than the Scans results are obviously false... ;)

    merci, yes, i have tride enhanced ruleset with correct adjustments but my connection is effected to the point where i cannot get any web connection at all

    Not normal, try re-booting few times after loading that rule-set.

    If problem still exist try modifying that rule-set rule label "UDP : Authorize name resolution (DNS)", change "Equal my @" to ALL.
