    * is this a bug/issue?

    * also sometimes when turning ON Virtual Mode on another account (ie. administrator account), reboot then log into another account (ie. standard user account) will fail ( can't login after submitting credentials and you will be forced to login over and over)

    fix: login to administrator account first, logoff, then login to the other accounts. :)

    The team has been updated and will investigate. To be clear here, RSS does create that account, but it is hidden and limited to providing support for the core service to perform its functions.

    It should not cause the failure you are indicating, but as you report, can be seen when using Parental Controls. To help the team, what Parental Control solution are you using and what is the link to the manufacturer's product page?

    the Windows 7 built-in Parental Control :)

    can you apply this Microsoft Baseline Security Template (group policy tweaks) on your test machine and try to reproduce the issues I've been posting around here? :

    maybe some group policy settings are affecting Returnil.
