ROUTER ACCESS - FIREWALL ISSUE?

    Newbie seeks advice. Move me if in wrong forum. I am very much a novice when it comes to networking, routers and firewalls so forgive me if being a total numpty here...

    I recently formatted and reinstalled XPSP2.
    My security combo is Kerio PF v4/ NOD 32/ counter spy. (all full license)

    Since re-install, When trying to access NETGEAR DG834 router through My Network Places I am getting the "device is not available on your network" message

    I can get in through the " http://192.168.0.1" web interface no probs.

    Any tips?
