    LOL... :D

The only substitutes that I'm aware of are the RB 'clones' (AyRecovery, EAZ-FIX, MagiCure, etc.), Farstone RestoreIT (which imho isn't nearly as good as RB) and the free (but problematic) CTM.

Which build of V9.1 are you on? The latest 2 builds seem to have corrected that problem.

    V9.1 Build 2697287695 - updated May 18, 2012
    V9.1 Build 2696720400 - updated July 18, 2011

Still on the previous build. I'll upgrade to the latest and keep my fingers crossed. :doubt:

Me too. However, we will have to uninstall the old build and then install the newest build before we know if it's fixed the next time we uninstall and re-install. ;)

Oh, well at least you'll get a few bug fixes. They seem to have fixed the problem with the tray icon not functioning:D

Guess what. Today I uninstalled RB, made 2 images, and did a defrag, and then after disabling my AV and putting my firewall on learning mode for good measure, I then installed the new build of RB leaving the web site on. To my surprise and joy the installation took without any problem with the Product ID. Could the problem actually be fixed? :D
