Risky connection resolves to Microsoft/Ottawa

    If you login to outlook.com it routes to 131.253.61.68 located in Ottawa CA. Does anyone know why Microsoft routes to servers located in Ottawa?

    Interesting thread to imply routing is to avoid U.S. laws.
