Returnil and Truecrypt+TCtemp?

1) Do i still need Truecrypt + Tctemp to protect my Pagefile being spied, if i use returnil to protect Drive C?

2) Can the above Programs working together? i know Returnil will copy the system in to the Ram, so it will return when the PC rebooted. And Tctemp will create a random key to mount a Truecrypt Volume each time durring the boot process, so far i understand. if i use both together, will the key generated by tctemp always the same? because the driver C can't be changed?
