Retrieve License info for new computer

    Hello --

    I'm going over to a new computer running Win7 Pro

    I have been using Nod AntiVirus V3.0.695.0 never updated to V4
    I have a valid license till 1/12/11

    Over 1/2 hour ago I requested my license info - first using my email address then using my Username - Have not yet received the info - How long does this usually take?

    good question - I've had a number of customers try to use it lately with less than perfect results.
