I've installed Drive Backup 10 to my C:\ drive (the download copy, not a CD or DVD). I use it to back up my C: drive and my other drives (D: and E: etc). Restoring D: and E: is pretty straightforward - but what would happen if I ever needed to restore my C: drive o_O Since DB10 is running from it, presumably the partition can't be deleted. Does DB10 offer any means of creating a bootable CD or DVD? Or is there a bootable version that I need to purchase?

I assume you have the backup archives stored elsewhere ( not on your C drive).

Paragon is capable of flipping into "boot time " mode to do the restore.

However, it is better to use the bootable cd.

Run it off from within the Program .

In the main screen click Tools>Recovery Media builder

Thanks - yes the backups are all saved on an external drive. I'll try creating a bootable CD later today.
