restoring image to raid-1

    Can anyone tell me the correct way to restore drive image to a raid drive. Do I have to break the raid or unplug one of the drives before I restore. And will the mirrored drive rebuild automatically. Im using Acronis true image 8.0

    Hello sswarts141,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

    You don't need to brake your RAID configuration. Please just boot from Acronis bootable rescue media and use the "Restore Image" wizard.
