I have backed up(and verified the backup) my laptop using True Image 10 Home to a server that is accessible via ftp. I then created the Bootable Restore CD from the iso. I boot the CD and click on restore and then connect to the ftp site where my file is, when I click on the file it gives the following error "The selected file is not an Acronis True Image Home archive." I thought that it maybe corrupted so I mounted and took a look and everything looks good. Any ideas on why the Restore thinks its a bad archive?

I am using the latest version from March of this year.

    Hello SmithAtlanta,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please make sure the FTP server you use and the stored archive satisfy the requirements described in chapter 1.3.4 "Supported storage media" of the respective User's Guide.

    Thank you.
