restore with universal dont work

    hellow
    i hava ati 9.1 with universal insatlled on an intel server (dc +exhcnage),
    when i try to use restore i dont get the UNIVERSAL option...
    why?

    Hi,

    What is the exact version and build of ATI you use? Go to Help -> About dialog and check that you have the latest build. Make sure that you use the same build of Acronis Universal Restore as Acronis True Image program. Also make sure that the Acronis Bootable CD created with the latest builds of ATI and AUR. Boot from this CD and check if the AUR option appears.

    Where the image archive you try to restore is stored? And is it an image of the entire disk or just system partition?
