I have a big problem in 2005 I tried TI 8.0 Trial version
I was very happy with it I made an image tried it and it worked great so i bought the full version.
Now two years later I need restore my laptop and turns out my backup is the one i made with the trial version and it doesn't work.
the boot disk works but then when the program starts it doesn't see the .tib
    files on the disk.
In windows explorer it sees .tib#1 and #2 but if I open them in windows I get the trial version expired error msg. I have build #937 The last update.
Can I At least get my windows XP Product Key Off the image

    Hello starman1056,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup software

Could you please completely uninstall Acronis True Image software and reinstall the full version from the scratch?

Please note that you can also boot your laptop with Acronis Bootable Rescue Media (it should be created with the full version) and restore the image.

If you've tried these workaround and issue still exist then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

Where do you have the Image stored?

There are alternative ways to get your XP product Key from the laptop windows installation. Consult your Google Gods for: XP product Key finder. Several links come up - go for the one with the free software that does this.
