RESTORE - "operation has completed with errors"

hi

so after i turned on all the processes via MSCONFIG again necessary to run TI restore i encountered yet again a problem:
after i clicked through the option screens to restore the image it turned into a unscheduled task and popped up a operation progress window automatically. so far so good but the progress bar stays "empty" - zero progress. now once i closed the progress window i saw in the schedule window LAST RESULTS: "operation has completed with errors"

now what does this mean ?

Please clarify the exact title of the program you use and the build number (Help -> About)? What is the backup type (incremental, differential or full backup)? Where it’s located (internal, external drive, etc.)? Also attach log file of the error message:

- Start Acronis True Image;
- Select Tools -> Show log;
- Choose the log entry which contains errors;
- Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;
- Send us the log.
