Running XP Pro on a brand new Dell GX280. Basic install of OS, Office, etc, nothing activated yet, generic PC name, not on any domain or network. Installed Acronis Tru Image 7.0 on machine, and successfully created a full image onto a external USB drive. also created the bootabl CD when prompted. Now I go to a new machine with the exact same hardware, etc... and boot from the CD. No problem, GUI comes up fine. As soon as I click "Restore" or "Start Now" a dialog box comes up saying "Analyzing C:\ partition" and hands. Can't move the mouse (mouse icon is now a static hour glass).....Any ideas? Thanks.

    Hello Tenover,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We regret to inform you that we do not support Acronis True Image 7.0 any longer because this version is very old. Please download free trial version of Acronis True Image 8.0 from our site to make sure it works fine. The upgrade to Acronis True Image 8.0 is available at our on-line store.

    Thank you.
