I successfully imaged a 2003 Server running on software Raid-1 using Acronia Enterprise Server 9.1.
This particular server's boot.ini has been modified to boot into either disk incase one fails.

The restore is taking place onto larger hard drive. The C:\ was selected as an Active partition and the D:\ (Fat-16) was selected as a logical drive. The inital restore froze with 4 seconds remaining and the window stating "Synchronizing with the operating system..."

I rebooted the system and attempted to boot into windows. I receive an error message during the prompt. It reads:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
    <Windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

So, I restored the ntoskrnl.exe file from the image used to restore the drive and the same message appears when trying to boot into windows.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Charles
