How do you "restart" a Windows Service? Is there an actual "restart" button/option, or do you have to Stop the Service first and then Start it again?

If your start option is greyed out from Right click menu......Right click the service > properties > startup type... the little flip menu will show one of these: Automatic, manual, disabled. If it's disabled you will need to "apply" either Auto or Manual. Then the "start" button is no longer greyed out and you can start it.
