Rescue CD Problem

Hello,

We have purchased Acronis True Image Server 9.1 for Linux, but are unable to test it. When the Rescue CD is inserted, and the Bootlogo "Acronis" is gone, it says: "Failed to load initial Ramdisk. Press Enter to continue..."!
How can we get this to work?

The Server has a RAID-SCSI Controller, however RAID is not used. Operating System is SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9.

EDIT: The Problem was the SCSI Controller which was an older model and wasnt supported. It works just fine with new Raid Controllers
