Why am I unable to add an iso image onto the rescue CD so that I can do a mem test on my machine?

I have to do the mem test before I can install a new HDD.

    Any suggestions?

Unfortunately that is the way TI is designed. If you want that ability look at http://ubcd4win.com/ which already has a Memtest ISO built in. You can also add the TI plugin or one of Mustang's plugins http://www.mechrest.com/plugins/. Why do you need to do a Memtest first?

You can use a utility to modify and/or inject other files such as your .iso file into the acronis .iso boot image.

You will have to modify the config file to provide you with a menu so you can choose what to actually boot.

Not clear as to why you want to integrate Memtest into the True Image CD. Perhaps an alternate solution would be to download the file separately and then create a floppy or CD using your burning software. I see no reason to integrate these with the True Image CD. This will only clutter things up.
