    Hi all,

I have a NOD32 license for 2 PCs which expired on Dec 31 2009. It's Feb 2 2010 now, and I cannot renew online (nod32.com.au). The site says my username cannot be found or is inactive.

The Eset KB on renewing says 60-days after expiry, a license can be updated.

I also want to get the new 5-PC 3-year package. Am I able tp 'renew' this way, or do I have to buy a 3-PC new license pack and renew 2 single PC's?

    I may just get a new 2-year license for 5-PCs for cost effectiveness (I can't afford 5-PCs for 3-years)

    Thanks,

    tifkat

    Hello tifkat,

I recommend contacting the Australian office. If you originally purchased a license from them, they should be able to assist you with your inquiries. Their contact information is below.

    Telephone: 07 3325 2999
    Email: sales@eset.com.au

If you are unable to get in contact with them, please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Richard
