Renewal+vacation

computer(s) until 27 October 2005

I am going on vacation/work from 12 october till 12/11. The thing is if i renew it now, will it count from today or the 27? Is there a way to reset the date?

 

From what I read in other`s posts it should start on the 27th.

 

make sure you purchase where you can input your renewal date - it's not possible on some sites.

 

I don't know if it is still possible, but when I renewed I installed a couple of weeks early. I wrote to Eset support and they graciously reset the date for me.

 

yes, that's possible - it's a really un-necessary step - accepting additional information at the shopping cart in relation to the ordered item is really trivial - and being a web developer, I'd have to say that EVERY cart solution worth considering offers this facility out of the box these days... so you should not have to make it a two-step process. Any ordering system that doesn't have this facility to update and added it...

Dear Sir,

renewal starts at the time it is ordered or registered, you can find a list of NOD32 resellers in Belgium here : http://www.nod32.lu/partners, where you can buy renewal serial numbers which you can register at will. These licenses will start on the day of their registration.
