    Hi!

My licence is expiring soon and would like to know is it possible to renew licence for 2 years or is it just for 1 year ?

I bought my licence from nod32finland site (I think it eset's own website for skandinavian users) but now things seems to be little different than before, nod32 is giving me renewal link to nod32 mainsite and there isn't any info about how long is that renewal period. Any help would be nice. I have send emails to both sales addresses (for eurosecure and nod32) but no answers yet.

Send an email to sales at nod32.com with this question. :)

I have send already couple e-mails inquiring info. E-mails where I send were sales@nod32.com and sales@eurosecure.com, last one is where I bought my original licence. Expiring date is closing fast (27.6.05), I really hope that I can renew my licence before that... hopefully for 2 years or more. :doubt:

You haven't heard from sales at nod32.com? If not, send it again.

I talked to Eset in California. They told me they are on limited staff at this time.
They do offer two year renewal licenses but that info is not on the site.
She told me they are behind on their emails and advised you should call if at all possible.
    Best I can do.

I managed the renew my license for 2 years, through a 3rd party. 'Course, I did have some issues, in that I renewed a couple of months early and that amount was truncated. I emailed ESet and they fixed it, so if you go this route make sure the reseller knows your original expiration date.

Anyway, if you type "NOD32 reseller" into Google you'll find a bunch of 3rd party resellers.

It obviously takes a long time. I've been waiting 8 days for a response from sales. I'll be reconsidering a renewal of nod32 in the future.

Thanks for info ronjor. Which reseller is good if I can't renew my licence from eset itself, any suggestions ? I did send my first email in 18.6.2005 and now have send about 10 emails in both sales addresses. I have couple days left, still :)

You should be able to use any reseller near you - I'd suggest looking for one geographically close to you first before expanding the search to any reseller in the same country/continent.

Any reseller should request from you:

    a. your current AV-#######
    b. your expiration date.

These are entered into the Eset registration system to match up the expiration dates.

    regards

    Greg

    Hi!

Thanks for anyone who have helped me. I have renewed my licence through nod32-av for 2 years. Funny thing is that eurosecure answered to my inquiries and they have 3 year renewal periods :D maybe I should have waited little longer for my renew. Maybe I will buy second licence ;)

Time for me to renew. Bit disappointed though, clicked on the reminder URL and I didn't receive any kind of discount. Not the best strategy to ensure customers renew their subscription.
