Renew licence page timed out, was charged for renewal, did not recieve renewal email

    I today renewed my payment and after I entered my credit card details, the page spent a long time trying to load and then timed out. I had assumed that nothing had occurred and deceided to come back later.

    I have now checked my online banking and discover that I was charged by ESET Australia for the renewal, but they have NOT sent me my renewal details.

    Could I please get some ESET Australia staff to investigate.

    Yes I emailed them earlier today, and nothing in spam folder.

    Hi kstone,

    Had identical problem when I renewed about a month ago. I contacted ESET on phone next business day. It took them all of ten seconds to confirm they had received card payment and immediately sent me email confirmation with license details etc.
