Renew early and get 3 months at no cost

Hi everybody.

This morning I got a mail from Webroot saying:

"Renew your subscription for another year now and get an additional three months at no extra cost. That's 15 months of award-winning protection. "

I did the thing.

In my account there were still 44 days of protection.

Now my online webroot console (the PC protected are home right now so I checked on that one) says 409 days that is only my 44 and the 365 of the year renewal added.

At the moment I don't see the extra 3 months added.

Could someone please help me with this one?

The best and fastest option for you is to write into Webroot support describing your issue because this forum on Wilders isn't being visited by Webroot employees (except PrevxHelp who is a leader engineer but he usually doesn't handle sales issues).
